Back in 2007 Casual began studying the ancient egyptian language, Medu Netcher. Casual says he was drawn to the study because of the crews name, Hieroglyphics. Casual says he purchased his first Egyptian Dictionary in 1991, when the crew chose the name Hieroglyphics. Some 15 years later Casual began on the scholastic journey that has manifested his debut book, Madjai - A Handbook for the Conscious Community.
Madjai is a collection of articles written by independent researcher and Hieroglyphics group member Jonathan H. Owens. In this volume Owens covers a range of topics from El Shaddai - The Mother Goddess to Ta Meri (Egypt) and its original meaning. Owens' analysis of ancient text offers new interpretations to some of the worlds oldest manuscripts. With over a decade of independent studies under his belt, Casual has made a name for himself by publishing well received articles online as well as being one of the key speakers of the Amen Ra Squad research team. Owens specializes in Medu Netcher (the Egyptian language) and in this work he displays his analytical process in providing new interpretations of biblical and Ancient Egyptian text. This book is a must have for members of the Conscious Community.
